Spring and summer turned out to be much busier than I expected at first and it is noticeable on my blog activities. However, have no fear, despite the lack of blog posts in the recent months, I have been doing a lot of background work to create a more user friendly and convenient website with useful features and helpful information. It should land later this month. In the meantime, I have a lot of stories to tell and here are some sneak-peaks of what will be coming up in upcoming weeks:
Ironman 70.3 Mallorca 4:52:52 50th out of 380 athletes in 30-34 AG (214 out of 3100+ athletes)
Lietuvos Triatlono Taure – Zarasai Olympic Distance 2:15:41 10th Overall.
Lithuanian Triathlon Championship – Trakai Olympic Distance 2:12:56 12th overall
Lietuvos Trialtono Taure – Zasliai Half-Ironman Distance 4:51:27 7th overall.
And much more to come. My main race of the season is coming up on September 22nd in Italy. Ironman Emilia-Romagna and I will be more than happy to share the thoughts and what is happening around me as I am approaching the final stretch of preparations before that race. Stay tuned – a lot of interesting things to come and a lot of pictures, thoughts and stories to be shared!

Why are you wearing that scarf on the head everywhere? It looks silly

Hi,
Appreciate the feedback 🙂 I am wearing a buff, which helps me in keeping sweat running on my face and keep my wet hair out of the picture – I find it quite useful and happy that those two things do not distract me from my races. What about you? Do you use any kind of headwear?

Hi dear reader,
Appreciate your comment and urge for the news 🙂 New design took out of me more than I expected and with busy race season last year – I was unable to finish it and put it into production. I have ambition to continue with it and release it within upcoming months. Stay tuned.
